Pertamina Patra Niaga and SolaGroup Celebrate National Customer Day 2026 with Customers at SPBU 64.781.06 Bundaran Kotabaru
On National Customer Day, 4 September 2026, the Sales Area Manager for Kalimantan Barat of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Widhi Tri Adhi Hidayat, together with his team visited SPBU 64.781.06 Bundaran Kotabaru in Pontianak — operated by PT Merita Abadi Sukses — to serve customers directly on the forecourt. Staple food packages, gift bags, face masks, and thank-you cards were handed out to motorists, drivers, and the ride-hailing partners who fuel up at the station every day, under the national theme "Senyum Pelanggan, Senyumku Juga".
Introduction
National Customer Day (Hari Pelanggan Nasional) is observed across Indonesia every 4 September as a day for businesses to step out from behind the counter and serve their customers in person. On 4 September 2026, SPBU 64.781.06 Bundaran Kotabaru — operated by PT Merita Abadi Sukses on Jl. Prof. M. Yamin, Kota Baru, Pontianak — marked the day together with PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, carrying the national theme "Senyum Pelanggan, Senyumku Juga" ("Your smile is my smile too").
Program Overview
